ABOUT THE DESIGNER

after 3 years of design/draping school in paris, i stayed, working the outdoor markets and eventually, wholesaling to france and japan. after 12 years total, i moved back to the u.s (east coast) and ran a retail design studio for 8 years. looking for a change of scenery, my family and i headed west and settled in marin county, where the 'green movement' had a large impact on my design/production process... similar to how it affected my equivalent passion for cooking. like in the kitchen, i use the farm-to-table concept in clothes-making, using only local sources for fabric and production.

after several years of designing primarily dresses for all body-types, this mini-collection of season-less pieces are versatile for whatever occasion, either to be worn alone, or paired with tights, leggings or jeans.

Oh,....and if ever you are in the Bay Area, you are more than welcome to come to my studio anytime...I have multiple other styles, in addition to what is shown on my lookbook. My hours are typically Mon-Fri, 9-6-ish, or call if you would like to meet me here on a weekend!
